As for those who believed and did honorable deeds, then He will pay them their rewards and He will increase for them from His Bounty; and those who are disdained and are arrogant, then He will punish with a painful punishment, and they will not find for them any patron nor any helper besides Lord Allah.
The Impartial Lord is not protecting or punishing anyone. Whoever holdfasts Adhikr which is the Unbreakable Rope extended from Paradise, and does honorable deeds as explained in verse 2: 25, he will inherit Paradise. It is told in verse 16: 97: "Whether male or female does righteous deeds, and he/she is a believer, We will surely cause him to live a pure life, and We will surely give them their reward according to the best deeds they were doing here". It is told in verse 50: 35: "The believers will have whatever they wish in Paradise, and with the Lord is more".
The Arabic Quran reading Fujjar are hiding and rejecting Adhikr, so Lord’s curse and wrath are affected upon them as explained in verse 4: 46. They will not find any patron or helper when they enter Hell as explained in verses 4: 146 and 151. It is told in verses 3: 90-91: "Indeed, those who disbelieved after their belief, then increase their disbelief, their repentance will never be accepted, such are those who have gone astray. Indeed, those who disbelieved and died as ‘Kuffar’, then never would be accepted from such of them as much gold as the earth contains, even they ransom with it, they will have a painful punishment, and they will have none from helpers".
